Custom Work Terms

Terms for custom work with Yashdhan: quotes, advance and balance payments, delivery of files, cancellation and refunds, and the no-profit-guarantee notice.

"Please read this before you request custom work - a trading bot (EA), indicator, website, tool or consulting. By sending an enquiry, accepting a quote or paying, you agree to these terms."

How it works

  • You describe what you need. We discuss it with you in your project chat.
  • We send a quote: the total price, the advance, what is included and how long the quote stays valid.
  • Nothing is charged until you accept the quote and choose to pay.

Payments

  • The advance (shown in your quote, usually 50%) starts the work. The balance is paid when the work is ready.
  • Payments are made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) in INR. Amounts are exactly as in your quote.
  • You get a payment receipt for every payment.

Delivery

  • Your final files stay locked on your project page and unlock as soon as the balance is paid.
  • The files are for you. Please do not share or resell them unless your quote says you may.

Changes and extra work

  • Your quote states how many rounds of changes are included.
  • Anything beyond the agreed scope is discussed and quoted separately before we start it.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel free of charge before you pay the advance.
  • The advance is for reserving our time and starting the work. It is refundable only if the work has not started. Once work has started (status "In progress") the advance is not refundable.
  • If we are unable to deliver what the quote promised, we refund the advance.

Trading, results and advice

  • Bots, indicators and tools are technical work built to your rules. We do not promise profit, returns or the accuracy of any signal.
  • Nothing here is investment advice. Consulting means technical or educational guidance only.
  • Please test on a demo account first. You are responsible for your own trades, capital and decisions.

Your idea and privacy

  • Your strategy and requirements are kept confidential and are not shared with anyone else.
  • You may use the delivered files for yourself. Source code is included only if your quote says so.

Staying safe

  • Keep the discussion in your project chat.
  • Never share your broker or bank password, OTP or PIN - we will never ask for them.
