Software License Terms

The terms under which you're allowed to use NTR Swarajya software tools — what's permitted, what's restricted, and what happens with updates and support.

What the License Grants

  • After purchase, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use the product.
  • This right is limited to a single account/user.

  • Reselling, renting, or distributing the setup/software is not permitted.
  • Reverse-engineering, copying, or modifying it is not allowed.
  • Sharing login/access with unauthorized people is prohibited.

License Duration

  • For subscription-based products, the right to use ends when the subscription ends.
  • For one-time products, the right continues in the form provided (excluding resale).

Ownership

  • Full ownership of the software/setup stays with Yashdhan — only a right to use is granted.

Updates & Support

  • Necessary updates and support are provided as long as your subscription/access is active.
  • Future updates are not guaranteed once access ends.

  • The license may be terminated immediately if these terms are violated or misused.
